Off-road skills training days 2013

Cycling Ulster’s Off-road Commission are putting on 3 training days to improve off-road skills for 3 targeted groups
Youth, Women and Male beginners.

For these sessions the training is aimed at youth riders aged 14 or under, women at any skill level, and beginner males who are looking to get into off-road racing.
These sessions are aimed at riders who can confidently ride their bikes but who are looking to improve their off-road skills.

Dates
The dates are:
Sunday 17 March (St. Patrick’s Day) – 33 attended photos here
Sunday 21 April (Belvoir Activity Centre) – 34 attended photos here
Sunday 19 May (Belvoir Activity Centre)

Youth – £1
Seniors – £5

This price does not include lunch but there is a café on site

Equipment required
All participants must have a mountain bike in good working order. (link to completing an ‘M’ check here)
A properly fitting helmet, gloves and suitable clothing to match weather conditions and to not impede cycling.
Water bottle
Spare tubes, tyre levers, multi-tool, pump
