Off-road skills sessions for Under 12s
Saturday 16 February 2013 10:00-12:00 pm (sign on from 09:45)
Ormeau Park, Belfast (near Ozone centre)
The aim of this training is for youth riders who are new to racing or who have raced before and want to bring their skills up-to-date.
Riders should already be quite confident on their bicycles. This is not a beginners session.
The training will involve sprints, mounting and dismounting quickly, cornering, descending off a slope etc.
Towards the end of the session the youth riders will be taken on a tour of the Under 8s / 10s / 12s race course that will be used for the Xmtb Spring series in Ormeau.
No need to pre-register. Just come along.
